Say Hi to Evelin!

Evelin Vasquez-Valtierra is a 2024 graduate from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She majored in Multimedia with a minor in Media Production. Evelin’s hometown is Lexington, NE. She chose UNK because it was close to home and had many resources available to help her succeed. She was awarded the Kearney Bound Scholarship in her freshman year at Lexington High School.

Throughout her time at UNK, Evelin has completed many projects that show her skill in her major. Check out the work page to see the different projects Evelin has worked on, including projects such as video production, radio audio, and writing! Her favorite projects include creating logo designs for businesses and working for the radio!

Evelin’s main reason for majoring in Multimedia is her passion for communicating with others. She has a goal of sharing the stories of others and helping those in need. She hopes to work in a company that specializes in advertising. The skills she has gained thus far will be useful in working in media productions, social media management, and public relations.
